SUPERMODELS TAKE OVER THE FALL 2008 CAMPAIGNS, DESIGNERS MAKING SWEET WINE, plus AUCTIONING OFF THE GREAT YSL

RUMOR: Italian designer Roberto Cavalli will create two wine collections: Cavalli Collection and Cavalli Selection. With a line of vodka already under his belt, and amid bankrupty rumors, Cavalli proves that diversity is key to stay ahead in the business. The first five thousand bottles will be released in early 2009.

FACT: Model Kate Moss has been dropped by Agent Provocateur as spokesmodel for the brand. Alice Dellal, a twenty something British model will take her place.

FACT: Christie's auction house will hold a couture sale on July 2nd featuring
vintage couture from the great Yvves Saint Laurent. The auction will also include a tibute to the designer.

CAMPAIGN REIGN:
Sumermodels make a comeback for FALL 2008:

1. The Coppola's (Sophia and Dad) for Louis Vuitton Fall 2008 ad campaign
2. Kate Moss for Donna Karan Fall 2008.
3. Marc Jacobs will feature '90's supermodels Stella Tennant and Kristen Owen for his Fall 2008 ad campaign.
4. Claudia Schiffer for Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2008.
