We all know the feeling, spend a week on vacation drinking a
few too many margaritas sitting by the pool in the sunshine, only to come back
with your skinny jeans feeling a little too
snug. Then we promise ourselves to get back on the bandwagon of eating
well. Juicing
becomes our new morning ritual and exercising regularly becomes second nature
until that fateful day when we reach for a few extra goodies and skip our spin
class for a few weeks. On and on it goes.
A few bad choices over the course of weeks turn into the perpetual hamster
wheel of getting on and off your healthy lifestyle.
This year, break up for good with your bad habits, and choose a consistently healthy lifestyle.
Why not balance things out? Go
ahead and indulge once in a while with that piece or two of dark chocolate- hey
those antioxidants are really good for you. Miss a day working out
at the gym because you want to sleep in? Don't beat yourself up.
The point is not to veer too far from either extreme. Choose an overall
healthy lifestyle and break up with your bad
habits. Your body will thank you for it.
