CSL was invited to the friends of Sutton Place event, held at Rush restaurant in Calgary on May 4 2010. Richard Wong, (pictured above) came down from Edmonton. With the snowfall and low temperatures, causing flying time delays, Wong's total flying time was almost 8 hours. We were happy to see he got to Calgary safe.
Seafood towers, sweet potato chips, mini hamburgers, and crab cakes rounded out the small bites, while mini petits fours (including caramel tarts, lemon meringue tarts, chocolate tarts, pecan tarts and truffles) were a beautiful end to the evening.
