About Breast Cancer Supportive Care
Breast Cancer Supportive Care (BCSC) is a
non-profit Calgary based organization that specializes in breast cancer
care and recovery for men and women. Led by a team of healthcare
professionals, BCSC offers both individual and group care
and recovery programs, that help breast cancer patients navigate the
many physical, and emotional side effects that arise from breast cancer
diagnosis and treatment. BCSC is funded through the Breast Cancer
Supportive Care Foundation, allowing BCSC to offer
free services to breast cancer patients in Alberta.
About Fashion with Compassion
Fashion with Compassion is celebrating its tenth
anniversary in support of the Breast Cancer Supportive Care Foundation.
Each year over 600 guests gather to enjoy an afternoon filled with food,
fashion and fun. Proceeds are raised for Breast
Cancer Supportive Care through ticket sales and silent auction. In 2012
over $120,000 was raised.
