MAKEOVER OF A LIFETIME

A cavalcade of models from Numa Models came down the red carpet runway at Restro Lounge July 19, 2008. The event? A $50 000 head-to-toe makeover for one lucky lady and gentleman. The Extreme Makeover included a total revamp from the inside out including fitness, facial, and dental work. A Silent Auction for the women’s shelter and a Door Prize of a $10 000 wellness and fitness makeover thrilled guests.

CSL caught the excitement backstage as models (including our very own covergirl for the Summer 2008 issue Larah) prepared for the catwalk. Hair and makeup transformed the male and female models from Numa. The theme of the runway show was “a mixture between Sex and the City and Old Hollywood Glamour,” said Lina Bracey of Numa models. Models strutted to music wearing clothes from Le Parisian, Chi Chi Girl, and Sisley in vibrant colours.
A great event for a great cause.
