WHAT WE'RE EATING AT CSL AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

The holidays have been very exciting for the staff at CSL. From gingerbread cake (check out the Holiday Guide: http://www.citystyleandliving.com/holidayguide_2009) and cookies to savoury braised lamb steaks and roasted duck.
There is nothing better than freshly fallen snow, a good classic holiday movie (White Christmas or Miracle on 34 preferably) and the smell of baking to fill the air. In fact 2009 is the first year, in a while that we have had a White Christmas in Calgary. We wish everyone a fantastic 2010.
