WHAT WE'RE EATING AT CSL

We're eating the lamb ham at Charcut for lunch! Cured and aged with noticable spices on its edges and topped with Gruyere - it is a nice afternoon treat. We almost devoured the whole plate but made sure to save some for a sandwich late in the day.
