Pastry Chef Joanna Forde (Red Tree Catering) created these orange chocolate pops (bursting with orange curd, bright and refreshing and they reference the orange branding at Joe Fresh). Too clever.

The friendly Chef Forde (and the entire Red Tree Catering team) really did steal the show. Amazing creamy chicken salad stuffed gougeres, tuna salad on chips, AMAZING zesty grilled cheese, and manchego skewers.
The Joe Fresh stand alone store is now open at Cross Iron Mills in Calgary.
