The taste: A truly exceptional fortified wine that ranges in colour from amber to deep aubergine. CSL loved the variety and range of ports on offer at the tasting and the opportunity to try them all.
The experience: CSL learned that although port has traditionally been enjoyed after a meal, producers are now encouraging port enthusiasts to drink it as an aperitif, with dessert or simply on its own.
