WHAT: Stunning, intimate film and theatre piece for our time; the WORLD PREMIERE of the original creation NEWYORKLAND is the 3rd show in Theatre Junction GRAND’s 2011/2012 Season

WHY: Presenting forward thinking acts, such as NewYorkLand, is important in furthering Calgary’s culture by involving our city in the global contemporary community and exposing Calgarians to thought provoking, original creations. Hosting the WORLD PREMIERE of the show is also a testament to Calgary’s rising cultural star, as well as Theatre Junction GRAND’s position as a leader in the Calgary and Canadian theatre landscape.
BEST OF ALL: Student and Artist tickets are $20 for every night, regular tickets are $28 for Wednesday and Thursday, $35 for Friday and Saturday. The show runs November 9th to 12th at 8pm. Theatre Junction has also just added some exciting new events to the show- on Wednesday the 9th and Friday the 11th they will have New York style entertainment and specials before and after the show! In conjunction with UBU lounge, they will have a live jazz trio, live DJs playing sophisticated lounge music, live artists and New York styled cocktail specials!
