The delictable assortment of lobster dishes included sushi roll, lobster salad with citrus, and fettucine with mushrooms, bacon and lobster.
This was a great event to showcase lobster in all its glory. Don't save it for special occassions alone, this is a versatible and delicious meat that is suitable for any day of the week. Serve with champagne!
