CSL's annual oscar fete took place on Sunday March 7 2010. Guests feasted on a fusion like menu, consisting of pad thai, with shrimp and small hors d'oeuvres (slow roasted grape tomatoes, with fig - olive preserve and goats cheese).
Though we do enjoy the red carpet, our favourite moment of the show was the winner of best supporting actor, Christoph Waltz - a good lesson in patience and perseverance.
Chef Wolfgang puck and his team, who cooked dishes at the Governer's Ball (above), made mini oscars, and smoked salmon in the shape of Mr. Oscar himself.
