CSL was invited to the "completion of the 2010 expansion project" at Chinook Centre (with much more to come from Chinook Centre in the next few months and years). The mall is buzzing with new retailers like: True Religion, Tiffany and Co., Victoria's Secret and Michael Kors.

The mark of a truly great organization is not how the marketing works, but how the heart of the organization communicates. Is the' caretaker' the most friendly, outgoing and approachable member of the organization? Yes!! such is Terry Napper, 'caretaker' (;)) at Chinook Centre, or so he introduced himself. A truly great leader!!!

TIFFANY AND CO OPENS AT CHINOOK CENTRE

Breakfast at Tiffany's is an iconic image and the theme for the Calgary opening of Tiffany and Co. at Chinook Centre. Models dressed in robin's egg blue 1950s style dresses greets guests who were offered coffee and small breakfast bites. While gazing at the array of jewellery and accessories guests took a look at the modern design of the store which was established in 1837.

After a ribbon cutting ceremony that brought representatives from head office in New York, guests were given cookies in the shape of the retailer's signature box - from models clad Audrey Hepburn-style in a little black dress and pearls. Well, it is the epitome of modern style.

CHINOOK CENTRE EXPANSION VIP GALA

We noticed many guests intrigue and delight at the live, moving sweets table
(several girls roamed the two floor event)

Mouth watering demonstrations took place at the new Godiva boutique.




At Lacoste, guests were treated to Veuve Clicquot, while browsing the store for a special personal shopping experience

Not only was this a celebration of the expansion of Chinook centre, but the mall is also celebrating 50 years in Calgary. Happy Golden Anniversary
