WHAT: Join Chef Dave Bohati at Rush, along with visiting winemakers from New Zealand, for a special
wine-themed dinner and sparkling wine reception highlighted by the inventive contemporary menu

THE EVENT: The annual fundraiser where the Art Gallery of Calgary (AGC) transforms into a kitchen stadium where six top chefs compete in a friendly culinary competition to benefit the Art Gallery of Calgary’s renowned Public and Education (Kindergarten to Grade 12) Programming.

Principals from four wineries in the Napa Valley welcomed an intimate crowd at Rush in Calgary at the Napa Valley Vintners Dinner. Executive Chef at Rush Dave Bohati created a five course (not pictured braised osso bucco) menu to pair with wines from Miner Valley Winery, Hall, Cain Vineyard and Winery, and Larking Wines.

It was a lovely evening, punctuated with sounds of clinking glasses and spirited conversation.
